Installation?

The quality of pump’s installation has a major influence on the pump’s working and life span, all the installation and checking should be proceeded carefully.

Installation and checking should be as following:

Clean up the grease and dirt of baseplate, put the baseplate on foundation. To check the levelness of baseplate with a gradienter, allowing wedge to make it level. Pour cement into the baseplate and anchor bolt holes. Check whether the baseplate and anchor bolt holes are loose after drying the cement, then tighten the anchor bolts, and recheck the levelness. Clean up the baseplate, the pump and motor’s mounting holes, then install pump and motor into the baseplate. Keep certain space of the coupling, check the centre line of pump’s shaft and motor’
